Over here in Saudi Arabia, coconut oil is not readily available, at least in my part of the country. However, there are loads of the brown coconuts with the water inside of them and I'm wondering how much of the meat would be okay to eat each day keeping in mind that I want to lose weight? I'm assuming that the meat itself is quite carb heavy. It's also filled with the good fat that we should be eating, right?
