Dear mark,

I find myself more likely to do random bits of exercise throughout the day rather than exercising for 10-60 minutes at a time. For example, before I enter my room I might just drop into a random pushup (I can currently only do 1), randomly in the shower I might do 10 squats or I might sprint up the stairs in my house full speed instead of walking. I read the Primal blueprint fitness PDF and it seems more structured and perhaps encouraging blocking a number of pushups, chinups, planks etc all together or interval sprinting for 10 minutes. I was just wondering if there is more benefit in blocking periods of exercise or is it just as good to do random bits here and there that probably add up to the same amount?
