Diverticulosis is thought to be caused by a lack of fiber in the diet. Brock admittedly did not eat vegetables--just meat and potatoes. Primal eating calls for eating lots of vegetables and fruits to go with the meat, so this shouldn't be a complication.

He's definitely a polarizing figure to say the least. As a fight fan I love watching him. He redefines the heavyweight division with athletic ability and power never seen before. Anybody that can beat down that smug POS Frank Mir is a hero in my book.


Plus Lesnar lives close to me and wrestled for the Gophers so I have to like him

Brock is a cool guy in person. I've meet him a few times (My BJJ instructor was one of his training partners for his first MMA fight). The Brock you see on TV or hear in interviews is the Brock trying to sell PPV events. In real life, the guy just cares about football, hunting, and fishing.

alot of people on these forums are talking about being carnivores. plus eating primal you get less fiber no doubt about it.
