    As for being primal, I'm not (and have never been) fully primal. I like peanut butter too much.

    And I understand the difficulties of resisting peanut butter, i go through stages myself (being strong at the moment!)

    And now some questions for Al and all others reading this...?

    Do you know of any cool workouts/events/people to train with in the US?

    If you had a fitness wish list what would be on it?
