Coconut Milk page

In the new 21 Day book, on page 102, for the Primal Smoothie, are you using canned coconut milk or Silk? I have read through numerous posts, but can't find any definitive answer from Mark on whether or not canned is preferred over Silk. Thanks.

Most likely canned like Native Forest or Thai Kitchen

Would love to hear how Mark feels about the Silk brand though. Personally I think it's coconut-flavored, chemical laden water.

It IS just white water! Look at the serving size and the calorie density! And it has some weird calcium phosphate or something, right?
