before i found primal, when i was still whole grain and smart balance butter, i'd watch gillian's show on bbc america
she's a vegetarian who would go to people's houses and empty their fridges, look at their tongues and smell their poo
then she put them on a vegetarian and exercise plan, the only things i can remember specifically are the rainbow of veggies and chickpea burgers
but holy lord at the difference...
