I know that almond flour is used in some recipes to replace regular flour. I even sub it for bread crumbs in other "conventional" recipes. However is anyone concerned about the oxidization of the PUFAs from heating them? Should we not use almond flour as much in things like "paleo" pancakes, muffins, pies etc.

I thought the EXACT same thing. I haven't re-stocked my pantry with Almond Meal because of this very potential issue. That and baked 'Primal' goods only causes me to binge-eat 'primal' and non-primal carbs...
