Country Rib Recipe with NO Bque sauce

    Shop Now
I got some country ribs from my CSA and not sure how to prepare them. I do not like bque sauce primal or not. So looking for something that uses wine/fat/and/or spices that are not hot! ideas? From reading it looks like I need to cook these in the crock pot.

Do a dry rub. Lay down some mustard, then rub in rosemary, sage, cumin, cocoa or carob powder, black pepper, and a little chili powder. Cook on 300F for at least 2 hours.

This will work well with country pork ribs in place of the short ribs. The sauce is good.

+1 on the dry rub... I always mix mine up but I always make a spicy rub.

Google and find something that makes you drool.
