I do this all the time.
I work some evenings so when I get back I like to make something simple and nutritious before I hit the hay. Today, as I didn't have breakfast, decided to make eggs and bacon. It was awesome. So satisfying (my stomach is incredibly content right now!).
Anyone else do this as well? Going to start doing it more often.![]()
I do this all the time.
"Canned food is a perversion,' Ignatius said. 'I suspect that it is ultimately very damaging to the soul."

I think one of life's little pleasures is enjoying breakfast for dinner, and dessert before meals. We have breakfast for dinner at least every other month.

Yes! Don't let the social norms define what breakfast, lunch, and dinner are!
Power to the people!
Eggs are my go-to food when I need fast, cheap protein, so why not for dinner too?
Yup, absolutely. On school nights I get home just in time to eat and go to bed. If I don't have leftovers, eggs are my go-to meal![]()

I am having bacon and eggs for dinner this very evening. Can't wait! For those who feel the same, here's a dinnery way to prepare pork and eggs I just discovered this weekend.
Pork Quiche Pie Thing
1 pound pork breakfast sausage
9 eggs
1 tomato
1 bell pepper
1 tbsp cilantro
1/4 cup butter
Conform the pork sausage to the bottom of a pyrex pie tray, making a "crust". Bake at 300F for 30 minutes. While crust is in oven, dice the tomato and bell pepper into tiny pieces. Scramble the eggs with a fork, whipping in as much air as possible. Add tomato pieces, pepper pieces, most of the melted butter, and cilantro. Whip yet more. Take heated crust out of oven and grease sides lightly with remaining melted butter (the crust will have pulled away from the edges a little bit). Pour the scrambled batter into the pie pan; it should come close to the rim. Then place in the oven at 350F for 30-45 minutes, until it is well poofed up. Cool on window sill. Slice like pie and serve with veggies.
Hahaaa, that's what I'm eating today for dinner.![]()
Eggs Benedict is awsome for dinner:
Slices of ham or thin "fast fry" pork chops
Poached eggs on top
Top with cheesy "hollandaise" sauce:
Equal amounts mayo and sour cream, dab of mustard, some shredded cheese. Melt. Put on top!
YUM!
