I would suggest eating your first big meal at the same time as you would on the other days...even if you then go to bed afterwards. Just to keep things consistent.
Ok guys..I read thru Dr K's Leptin reset and I did see that he says Night Shifters are essentially screwed.That said, I have no choice as an RN to work it.It is only 2 nights per week and generally Wed/TH nights.SOOO...that said any advice for me ? Any ideas how to plan my meals etc?
