Throw all the junk in the house away and stop buying it. You can't smoke cigarettes if you don't have any. Don't restrict your fruit or sweet potato intake, either, at least at first. Including Primal starches should curb your carb cravings, and you'll get your carb cravings in the form of sweet potato instead of corn syrup. After you completely break the sugar habit, then reduce carbs for weight loss.
