I started primal lifestyle in the middle of August 2011 and lost 16lbs in 2 months.
So on Halloween I found out we are having our third child. This will be my first primal pregnancy.
I eat full fat dairy products everyday and rice about 1-2x a week. I am hoping I can stick with the healthy eating and exercise. I am starting out with a lower weight than my 2 previous pregnancies. So here goes.

It seems that it would be good to limit myself to just 1 cup of coffee a day and minus the sugar, for health's sake.
I will weigh once a week and take measurements once a month.
I would love it if my arms and thighs continued to shrink as my belly grows. May be wishful thinking but it has happened to others.
Measurements today:
Waist: 35.5in
Hips: 42in
Thighs: 23.5in
Arms: 14in
I thought my pants had more room in them.![]()
