    B: blueberries, raspberries, Greek yogurt, flax seeds
    L: half of a leftover pre-primal pasta dish (the last one - woohoo), a piece of primal frittata, half an avocado
    D: balsamic lamb and beetroot salad, cooked in coconut oil, more lamb, full fat feta...
    other: water, herbal teas, (post wheat oh dears) dates, many dates, a piece of carrot cake, some 'sweet poison' ice cream

    30 minute walk, 90 minutes yoga

    B: apple, Greek yogurt, muesli
    L: leftover beef and veg casserole served over cabbage sauteed in butter
    D: primalised spicy chicken salad
    other: water, herbal teas, small piece of 85% dark chocolate, light hot chocolate, 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil

    Activity
    30 minutes of my own exercise routine, fairly active day house/garden/shopping wise

    New bit - Summing up
    No added sugar and no wheat.
    Vaguely suspect items: few borlotti beans in the casserole, small amount of rice noodles in the salad, chocolate, hot chocolate. I am happy with my eating today.

    Late Thursday report

    L: great big salad - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, beetroot, small tin of red salmon, 1/2 avocado, 2 eggs, bit of mayo
    D: 6 deep fried 'yucks' at the OH's work Christmas do
    other: 3 1/2 wines, water, herbal teas, hot chocolate, dates, dark choc... oh there was probably something else but I can't remember

    Friday... if I can remember

    Food:
    B: apple, almonds, Greek yogurt
    L: silverbeet sauteed in butter with leftover beef and rosemary casserole
    D: chicken laksa at the local Chinese, well 1/2 a laksa as they are huge, followed by black forest mousse to celebrate the end of the school year, made my own chocolate mousse though
    other: 3 glasses wine, water, herbal teas, piece of banana cake (wheat free, fructose free), small piece of dark chocolate

    B: a sort of a non-potato hash brown made of a carrot, a zucchini, an egg, salt and pepper and cooked in butter, served with a bit of leftover slow cooked roast beef
    L: 1 leftover pork rib and veg
    D: 2 beef & onion kebabs, 2 chicken wings marinated in stuff people shouldn't eat (OH's cooking night), salad
    other: bubbles, water, herbal tea, apple with almond spread, piece of sugar and wheat free chocolate cake

    D: kids made tortilla stack and salad, and commented gleefully that they were making me eat wheat.

    30 mins of yoga. I have decided to replace my usual exercise routine with yoga so see if this makes me feel better. I think that the errr 'exercise value' will be similar... well I can make it so.

    L: little tin of tuna slices, 1/2 avocado, leftover PB Bacon and Broccoli salad, little bit of bread and butter pickles
    D: PB enchiladas with a salad (made my crepe-ish things with whole eggs, hate waste ), the kids (who love enchiladas) declared that these were quite acceptable
    other: water, herbal teas, hot choc (cocoa, water, stevia, splash of milk)

    I've not seen Australian bubbly here in the US. What would you suggest I look for as far as brands?
