    help for mayo!!!

    Primal Fuel
    I have always used hellmans and love it ... but now I know its unhealthy pufos.. so is there another kind I can buy at whole foods maybe? or do I have to make my own? I have to have my mayo!! thanks in advance!

    If you have a stick blender, making mayo is easy. Lots of recipes (google stick blender mayo) suggest using one whole egg. I find 2 yolks and no whites makes for a better texture. Also, I find extra virgin olive oil too strong a taste. I like half macadamia and half light olive oil.

    Yep, this. Mac oil mayo rocks, and is so easy to make with a stick blender (my all-time favourite kitchen tool).

    There's some stuff called Lemonaise that tastes just like Hellmans but uses Canola instead of Soybean oil.

    I was using safflower mayo for a bit, I figure almost anything's better than canola or soy oil

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
    give the basic PB recipe a whirl in the blender and make some modifications. I found that if you use right away it is runny, but will set up nicely in the fridge over night.
