    No, I am not asking if facebook is primal
    I just joined this website forum and I've learned a lot. However, interacting at fb is so much easier. Do you guys "meet" at fb too?

    Do you know any good group? I am in a group at fb, where I am getting no support, having to deal with others posting about their NON primal workouts, people all with little knowledge like myself. I need people that can guide me. Thx!

    Nope, it's just political preaching. It's the equivalent to other fundamentalist/cultist types posting in other forums trying to convert others to their cause. :P

    That's not actually a paleo group...it's a group who follow LeanGains and IF...still a great group to join if you're working out w/heavy weights and IF'ing, but not Paleo...
