One of my favorite magazines -- fine Cooking -- recommends this place for ham and bacon. I will be ordering from them soon. In their Dec/Jan issue they recommend Surry Farms' Jowciale -- a bacon made from pork cheeks.)

I checked out the website -- they are in Virginia and sell only pastured pork from Berkshire hogs. The pics on the website are definitely Pork Porn!

I'll be trying the Jowciale, sausages and bacon, plus the ham tips. They all sound delicious.
