    is it normal to feel hot starting paleo?

    I tend to get real hot cutting carbs out. Is it normal? I feel.fatigued too...although I know that is normal......

    i guess no one got hot when they first started....maybe somethings wrong with me and paleo is a bad idea...

    I am always a little hotter than usual. I can't sleep with blankets covering me and when I walk outside in the morning and its 40 degrees it feels amazing to me if thats what u mean

    Not really, you might have some reshuffling of your thyroid balancing. Worry about it if it sticks around for more than a month and a half or so, you might not be doing paleo right for you.

    I used to get cold hands and feet but that went away with paleo. No more sleeping with socks on.

    Well, I went from too cold to normal. You went from normal to a bit too warm. Same process. Increased metabolism and better circulation.
