    Review of PaleoKits

This morning I posted a Review of PaleoKits by Steve's Original at My Athletic Life.

The bottom line is that our family loved everything we tried, especially the PaleoKrunch (a grain-free granola).

I've been thinking of getting a few kits to leave at work. Maybe next month. Thanks for the review.

Nom Nom Paleo likes them as well and has blogged about them more than once. I've never tried anything PaleoKits.

@raptoryell - You bet - We have a discount code on the My Athletic Life Facebook page that is good for 10% for the next week (until 11/7/2011).

@TigerLily - We got the sampler pack and liked everything in it.

not gonna lie...as a student, i was a little off-put by the high price of his stuff. but one day i bit the bullet and ordered a sampler kit..the BEST thing I've ever done. I've already re-ordered because the stuff is so damn delicious and it doesn't stay around long in my house!

pre-paleo i was a HUGE granola/cereal person, so his paleo cereal has a special place in my heart. the beef jerky is excellent as well...not dry, very moist and tasty! i highly recommend the apple pie paleo kit...they're seasonal, so get them while you can!

Don't know about that the Pumpkin Paleo Krunch Bar. We did have two different types of granola (not in bar form) - regular recipe and with cranberries. We thought both were excellent but will order more of the regular/plain.

The Paleo Krunch is SO good! It was bar far our favorite.

I took a bunch backbacking this summer, and while the jerky isn't quite as good as what I make myself, I really appreciate the lack of nasty ingredients and grass-fed beef options. We'll use them again on our next big adventure.

@JKR - Did you eat the PaleoKits jerky or the PaleoStix? In my opinion, the Stix are a lot easier to eat (but both are really good).
