    Exclamation Help

I am just starting the primal way and finding it very overwhelming. I need a list of what I can't eat. I feel as though I have been following this way for a while and I see no difference. So I feel like I must be doing something wrong. Can anyone help me find a list or guide me in the right direction. Like I can't eat any beans? And does all meats need to be organic and does everything have to be organic? What does the term processed food include?

There is a Primal Blueprint shopping list in the Primal 101 section of the blog. Good Luck!

I know what I can eat, but I want to know what I can't eat. I know its a negitive approach but I do better that way.

For now, just stay away from grains (bread, pasta, cereal, oatmeal) and sugar. You can cut the beans now or wait until you have the no grains, sugar thing down. I have never eaten organic or grass fed. Can't afford it.
