Yep, products change all the time. Having Celiac diease that's the one thing you learn really quick is that you always have to read the labels every time. Drives me nuts when things change like that.

Duuuude I went to get some canned tuna the other day and noticed the same, and ALL other brands were the same way! I used to eat lots of canned tuna pre-primal and probably never bothered to look but it did strike me as odd.
I did eat it anyway though... but now I buy it at TJ's.
That worked in my favor this week, as a whey protein had switched from sucralose to stevia.
Love Trader Joe's wild caught canned salmon.

I got surprised recently by the one pre-made salad dressing I used to be able to buy. For years, the label said this:
It still says that on the website. The last jar I bought had Expeller-Pressed Canola Oil as the second ingredient. They just lost a customer.Ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Expeller-Pressed Olive Oil, Parmesan Cheese, Lemon Juice from Concentrate, Anchovy, Fresh Garlic, Red Wine Vinegar, Dijon Mustard, Black Pepper.
Allergens: Contains dairy and fish.

I got some HP sauce and was so excited I found some here without needing to go to a lot of effort as I live in America. Then when I got home I noticed it had wheat. They do offer gluten free variety, just not in America.

Those of us who need reading glasses to see the teensy tiny print for the ingredients lists really need to be sure to bring our glasses to the store even when we think we know our brands and can just pick them off the shelves.

yesterday, I stopped an employee to read the ingredients because I had left my glasses at work. As he tried to pronounce them he came to one he had serious trouble with, I told him he could stop, if he couldnt pronounce it I probably didn't want to eat it.
