    I have several cans of name-brand "solid white albacore tuna in water" in my kitchen. I just looked. Contains "vegetable broth" and a soy warning on the label.

    The Boyfriend always laughs when we go grocery shopping because I have to whip out the glasses to read the labels.

    Before the glasses? He's older. The minute I put them on? I age 20 years.

    Not that it's a healthfood, but I've noticed some Ben & Jerry's flavors contain pure coconut oil, others contain coconut and soybean oil. So much for avoiding PUFA's on my cheat day

    The consensus of the horndogs that I work with is that women look better w/ glasses. I have to agree.
