I would be interested to hear some thoughts on how the primal lifestyle would pertain to new mothers. I just had a baby and am breastfeeding, and am wondering if there are any specific recommendations- both dietary and athletic- that can help me be healthy and lose some weight. I've actually lost most of the weight I gained while I was pregnant, but I was already about fifty pounds overweight before I got pregnant, and I still have that weight to lose. I have to be able to keep up with my kid!
