I'm a 52 year old male, looking for the best way(s) to age gracefully. I'm pretty athletic, go to the gym regularly, blah blah.. and I'm still carrying about 15 lb more fat than I'd like to. I've read a bunch of stuff on fitness, etc, yadda yadda. Some of it's interesting, some of it's even motivational. But none of it really works long term.
The Primal Blueprint just makes sense to me though. I'm currently reading the 21 day total body transformation, and planning to do the work, and see where it takes me. I have the sense I've found something worth finding.
I'll be 52 soon myself. Welcome aboard! I started this in January with my husband and we feel great!
