If you find your progress not to your liking tweak it, but if you're happy with where you're headed I'd say don't fix it if it ain't broke.
200g carbs is still lower than most folks, and if your body is responding there's no reason to go OMG VLC!!! 50G KARBS A DAY OR LOWER OMG!!!
But you could drop it lower a bit and see how you feel.
You could start by dropping the apples and tangerines and chocolate. I'd keep the berries if you feel okay...
...and another thing MORE RED MEAT!!!
Eat a steak.
