Hey everyone. Just starting out with PB and I had a question. I was hit by a car in July, and my left foot was sort of crushed. It sounds worse than it is, BUT it does mean that long walks (which I cherished and miss) as well as sprints are pretty much out for awhile. I am able to do kettlebells, and think I could handle burpees (haven't tried yet) if I don't do too many. I don't have a bike nor can I afford a gym. Am I SOL til the foot heals? Suggestions?
buy a beater bike off of craigslist for $20...
