I bought Vitamin D-3 in tablet form (actually powder in capsules). I think D-3 is absorbed better in a gelcap with olive oil. I want to use up the bottle I bought in powder form before buying the gelcaps. I take them with a fairly high fat breakfast. Two eggs, at least, scrambled with ham, some butter and cheese. Do you think this will cover the fat problem until I use up the tablets?
