Name my workout
My local playground is an amazing place to try all sorts of odd exercises. One of my favorites starts as a few push-ups, going into a squat, going into a flying leap to grab the bar that the rings hang from (8 feet up or so, I think...I should measure it!) and then a couple of chinups combined with leg and ab exercises, drop into the squat, do three or four more push-ups, repeat. I rarely get beyond eight or nine of these, then rest and go for the second set, and make it to four or five, and the third set could be between one and four reps. Anybody have a name for these?
Oddly, the push-ups and chin-ups aren't the killer, it's the jump. After a point, the jump just won't go high enough to continue with the routine.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
