Turtle Mountain - Products
IS THIS STUFF OK? I REALLY LOVE ALL THEIR PRODUCTS!
I don't think so... look at the ingrediets. I've seen their coconut milk in the dairy case & there are some additives in there. It's not just coconut milk. (You can make your own though!)
Their stuff isn't Primal due to added sugar or other processed ingredients. However, next summer when it's 90 degrees, muggy, and I really want to have some ice cream in the house, a container of their coconut "ice cream" is going to be a less problematic choice than most regular ice cream.
Really? Fortified unsweetened coconut beverage has your Primal Panties rubbin' y'all raw? And organic on top of it. Really? Do y'all supplement?

Actually the amaretto and chocolate look pretty good. I mean no, they're not strictly Primal, but the only problem I really see is the sugar content. If you're going to have a sugary treat you could do a lot worse.
Today I will: Eat food, not poison. Plan for success, not settle for failure. Live my real life, not a virtual one. Move and grow, not sit and die.

^Agreed. I indulged in one of these ice creams and it was very tasty. Plus, since going primal, I can only handle so much sugar at once before feeling sick so it helps it last a while =P
