I'm posting this to see if there is any interest in this sort of thing to be a way of staying on the primal road during some difficult times upcoming with holiday food and beverages. I'm thinking along the same guidelines as written by Mark as well as goals of spreading good will to others, possibly a weight loss component for those who are shedding excess fat too? If so, would you be willing to post before stats and photos? I'm new here and really like this lifestyle, and looking ahead to the chocolate peanut butter buckeye sugar cookie road ahead and wanting to be hooked into plan to help me stay on track. Thanks for reading and just reply to this thread if you think you would like to be a part of this. I would love to see senior and regular members be a part as I feel they have a lot of experience to draw from.

I'm in! With all the relatives that have visited the last month I have fallen off track and my weight loss has stalled. Is this a Whole 30 type challenge or just staying 80/20 through the holidays or?

I'm in. I've been back to eating right for a couple weeks and I'm in for the whole30 challenge that is starting up today in another thread. And I plan to see about staying primal through the holidays. I haven't decided yet if I'll stick with 100% of if I'll go 100% until thanksgiving day, fast all day until dinner, eat whatever I darn well please and jump right back to 100% or what. But I'm in on NOT eating stuff at every party, get together and snack fest between now and the new year!
This is terrific! My plan is to begin the challenge November 1st ending January 1st, which will motivate us straight through the holidays. I'm thinking the compliance can be self set so it can allow for whatever each member needs. I know for myself there's not a chance I won't want some birthday cake on Christmas day since it's my birthday! I'll get back later to list our perameters, have a great day all!
Hello all, I have uploaded my front, back, and side photos in an album located in my member section. This was VERY difficult for me to do but a step I knew I could not ignore. I will refer to the next many days as Primal Holiday Challenge or PHCD1 for short. I encourage all to join in on the fun and to ask that each of you follow the Primal Lifestyle as it pertains to the level of success you expect. For myself, I will follow the guidelines Mark has already established and am learning more and more about them each day. The one thing I will do for myself is to most likely have some birthday cake on Christmas Day. It will be my 48th day of birth and my boys go through a lot of trouble to make a special cake for me. The following are my beginning stats. I will add that I am not a scale watcher and will not be using it throughout my challenge. I will take tape measurements again in a month, and do so for the next three months. I could not figure out how to add my photos to this post so if anyone can help with that I would be totally obligued. I am counting on loosing this Renessainse woman's body for good!

Well, there it is, in plain view for the public to see. I'm accountable to my fellow Primal followers but mostly to myself. This has been quite a learning journey about myself and I'm about to kick it up several knotches.
