    I travel a fair bit and a bag of beef jerky, a bag of pork rinds, and some 96% dark chocolate make the perfect traveling meal for me. Yum. Might have to travel today.

    I love em. I don't think the supermarket ones are the best because of what they are cooked in (see back of pack for details!) but def better than crisps. Best to make your own at home from time to time. I can get pig skin from the butcher very cheap and they take about 40 mins in the oven with only added salt so none of the other bad stuff like oils, E numbers & Starches in the packet ones.

    might have a look at making my own then.......... our local butcher makes/sells them so luckily there's not too much of the bad stuff in them as they downt have a very long shelf life

    do you dry them out then score them when you cook them Danny?
