    Lunch: Sardines and kale salad
    Dinner: Wild sockeye salmon with sauteed mushrooms and onions and homemade squash soup

    Let's see, yesterday was

    Breakfast:
    two x-tra large hard-bolied eggs

    Lunch:
    6-oz sirloin steak with sauteed broccoli

    Snack:
    21 Blue Diamond Bold Almonds

    Dinner:
    12 Buffalo wings with 3 tbsp of Blue Cheese Dressing
    side salad with vinegarette dressing (2 tbsp)

    Protein: 113 gm, Fat: 99.6 gm, Carbohydrate: 33.9 gm

    I love it baby!!!!

    Yesterday for me:

    Breakfast:
    3oz steak
    3 eggs
    1 very large mushroom
    buttered coffee (2T butter in my coffee)
    another coffee (1/2-1/2 in my coffee)

    That's it!

    Today for me so far:
    Breakfast:
    3oz steak
    several kale leaves
    onions
    2 large mushrooms
    3 eggs
    2 coffees, one with heavy cream, one with 1/2-1/2

    Here's hoping I can have dinner tonight. I did not have time yesterday and was pretty hungry by the time I went to bed.
    Female, 5'3", 49, Starting weight: 163lbs. Current weight: 135 (more or less).

    so far ...
    breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs mixed with onion, tomato, capsicum, red chillies and cheese.
    snack: 1 small orange; couple of balls of dark choc+walnuts mix.
    lunch: a bowl of coconut milk+chicken soup (yummmy) and a cup of stir fried kale.
    Few but ripe.

    I do dairy because osteoporosis runs so bad in my family so..... greek yogurt with mixed almonds and walnuts, whey protein and blueberries havent decided for the rest of the day yet
