Just polished off a giant plate of sweet potato and salad topped with lamb's liver, bacon and onion, and some mackerel leftover from lunch. May not sound like it, but YUM! :-D

I'm trying to keep my meals very light this week in preparation for Thanksgiving gluttony. Yesterday I had larb gai - basically Thai chicken lettuce wrap. I cooked ground turkey in some coconut oil and topped with cayenne, lime juice, fish sauce, fresh mint, basil and shallots. Wrap in lettuce wraps and gobble up!

Tonight I'm just having a lettuce/avocado salad with a shallot vinaigrette, and some canned octopus (canned in olive oil) on the side.

I just made the best matzo ball soup with homemade chicken stock. If only matzo was primal.

dinner last night: baked mahi mahi- cooked in lemon juice, also with cauliflower rice and a grilled zucchin

pre-workout: low carb paleo protein shake. (paleo protein shake doesn't sound right, but so be it)
breakfast: third a large container of eggology, 3 pieces of organic turkey bacon
lunch: big green salad, lots of grilled chicken

This is a good thread, btw.
Helps to see what other people are actually making/eating! Good spot for ideas!
