I'm starting to just eat two large meals a day (breakfast and dinner)
My lunch which really just my PreWO meal is just a handful of black and blue berries with a few strawberries and a whole banana drizzled with agave. I will try this for about 30 days to evaluate my energy and strength levels.

Breakfast this week seems to be cold leftover grilled chicken breast with liberal amounts of homemade mayo and cottage cheese. I just can't get into eggs.

Lunch is leftover dinner (today: moussaka, tomorrow: pork chili).

Dinner will be STEAK with SALAD. RARR.

    No breakfast this morning.

    Then lunch, oh lunch:

4 chicken thighs marinaded in garlic and Moroccan paste (fried in a tablespoon of butter)
    3 slices of bacon
10 things of asparagus (again covered in butter)

    Was so damn good!

    Dinner:

Maybe some fish with a salad, keep it simple.
