It's my day off, so not typical eating.
    Mugwort tea
Pound of bacon meat my mom was going to get rid of. It was not clean, but it was free. I cut the fat off in hopes of reducing the amount of sodium nitrite, etc.
    Green apple
Dinner will be the usual vegetable mountain cooked in tallow and coconut oil and a leftover half a can of mackerel.

Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

Last night we had wild Alaskan Salmon steaks (caught by a friend) with lemon caper sauce (inspired by this thread) and a heap of spaghetti squash

This morning I've been in pain so my appetite suffers - about 2 cups blueberries, coconut flakes, milk thistle seed, a banana, and a few hazelnuts. Lots of herbal tea - lemon balm, passionflower, and ginger

Tonight we are doing it up right with grassfed beef tongue, homemade pico de gallo, and avocado. Not sure about the veggie yet.

Just had leftover Primal Texas Beef Chili over spaghetti squash, and about a handful of sliced bell peppers and cucumbers. And water.

(The beef came out too tough. I have to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Becoming Primal finally made me want to cook. Now if only I were better at it!)
