Chocolate Lindt Proats with banana. I wonder if rice will do the same thing as oats when mixed with PP... be worth worth an experiment. Enjoyed every bite of this, anyhow.

100g of chicken breast, 150g salad and a 350g cucumber were all discounted (70p for the lot!) so I bought them and ate 'em up for dinner.

Perfection is entirely individual. Any philosophy or pursuit that encourages individuality has merit in that it frees people. Any that encourages shackles only has merit in that it shows you how wrong and desperate the human mind can get in its pursuit of truth.

    Cigarettes, aspirin and coffee

Haven't felt like eating just yet. Though I'll probably slam down some milk in a minute.
Time is passing so quickly. Right now, I feel like complaining to Einstein. Whether time is slow or fast depends on perception. Relativity theory is so romantic. And so sad.

I'm finding this thread immensely helpful, I have a hard time coming up with ideas.

Raptoryell, do you do any carb loading after training? I train jiu jitsu as well (tried muay thai...stopped after the inside leg kicks class, here is a pic of the pain I had no desire to ever revisit) and am always looking for tips on getting enough carbs.
