Breakfast was 3 large eggs and a big sausage (corr!!), and a big-ish carrot (low on veg today!). Not hungry after 6 hours. That would never happen pre paleo when I'd have some oats and yogurt with some jam or honey for brekkie. I would usually be ravenous at around 10am-11am after breakfast at 6am. Now I dont even think I'll bother with lunch and just skip to dinner, which I'll saute off a whole leek and 200g bacon.

Last night I made those pork stuffed green peppers as posted on here and in the PB readers's cookbook. Bloody tasty. but they were very juicy/watery - perhaps I didn't cook them long enough? I used a dutch oven instead of a crock pot.
B: Fruit with cinnamon and cream (apple, apricot, watermelon).
L: Bacon and eggs, cheese pastry (non primal - my 20%).
S: Dark chocolate, roasted almonds.
D: Minted lamb and peas, buttery mash (potatoes and carrots with parsley).

Brunch -- 1 Egg + 2 Egg Whites + Ghee + Pumpkin Puree + Cinnamon and Stevia, all stirred up and baked for a few minutes = delicious little pumpkin pie thing... amazing, I do it every morning.
Dinner -- 3 eggs fried in ghee, 4 strips of bacon, chicken cooked in the bacon grease, avocado.
I love being Primal. I'm eating twice as much as I did in my CW, calorie-counting days and am leaner than I was then.
