A bit of leftover lamb steak (1/4 pound-ish) with a little garlic butter
A ready-to-eat smoked mackerel fillet (delicious omega 3)
200g ready-to-microwave broccoli and cauliflower with a little butter
6 strawberries
coffee
I had the lamb at home before walking out of the door and the rest in the office kitchenette.

Store bought squirrel? WTH? Noooo you go collect them yerself with bow, gun or numchucks. I use rat traps in boxes trapped with PB when I cant go hunt them. Go find a private spot in a park with something to whack them with and collect a few.

Roasted bone marrow atop a steak last night (with broccoli), Chicken livers and giblets in paprika sauce tonight!
Today is something that I don't have a clue what its English translation would be, but basically it's about 60% ground pork, 40% ground beef, salt and cumin; formed into a case-less sausages and grilled. That, a sweet potato and a big a$$ salad.
