I think the suggested is 2-3 tsp a day (so up to a tbsp) and work up tsp by tsp. We don't have that reaction (luckily) but a lot of people do, don't worry

What do you mean by "Creamed Coconut?"
I am familiar with coconut oil, coconut manna & coconut milk.

Is it coconut cream concentrate? that's whole coconut, minus water. So it has the fiber and oil, it's kinda like coconut "peanut butter"

Creamed coconut is awesome stuff. I've never had any issues with it myself, but I always try to eat near or include in meals

comes as a solid block when cool, consistency is somewhere between thickened coconut cream & coconut manna when warmed
Kinda reminds me of white chocolate when eaten as solid, and I find it great to add coconut milk flavor to dishes where you don't want much liquid. Sort of like instant coconut cream powder, but without the added sugar/glucose/fillers they add to help it mix

The Grace brand blocks I buy tend to have 10-20% of it separated into solid coconut oil, which is a bonus since I can get em at less than half the cost of Coconut oil/butter & manna by weight. Nutritional profile is similar to manna, but with less fibre

Don't over do it - it's like any other fruit that you blend/puree = if you made it yourself you'd put a load of coconut meat into a blender and keep going.

The idea of this stuff is it's concentrated coconut pulp - NOT coconut oil. So grate it into stuff (instead of using coconut milk or cream) or eat by the rounded teaspoon/10g lump. Apart from flavouring food, I will sometimes eat one or two teaspoons as a yummy treat, but if you want actual coconut fat (oil) then this has less fat but includes protein and carb.
