Hey guys! Just wondering if anyone out there knows anything about rice bran oil? A new burger place (Coal Burger) opened by me, and they sell sweet potato fries fried in rice bran oil. Curious to know how processed/heat stable the oil may be compared to other conventional frying oils. They, of course, advertise it as "antioxidant rich." Whatever that means :-)
