I would be up for doing the deadlift portion of it, but don't have a cage to do the other lifts (nor do I do much bench pressing anyways).
Hey, I just had a fun forum competition idea... who wants to see who can add 20% to their max lifts for bench, squat, and deadlift in the least amount of time? Everyone who wants in can post a video of them pushing their max bench and squat on Monday, November 7 (what with it being that week's international chest day and all) and max deadlift on Wednesday, November 9. First person who adds 20% to their maxes wins... a prize to be determined over the next 2 weeks. Probably the respect and awe of these collected forums. We could even break it out in to 3 contests, 1 for each lift. Who's in?

That's biased towards newbies, who can quickly add 20% in a matter of weeks on a linear progression. Someone squatting 100lbs can double that in 7 weeks if they squat 3x a week, add 5lbs every workout. Would take 4 workouts, or less than a week and a half to add 20%.
It has great information i like to read this article please
share more information i want to read it throughly please help me at the time...

Well I couldn't think of a fair way for everyone to do it unless it's by percentage... any other ideas on how to make it a level playing field?
