    That oxtail looks outstanding, but correctly me if im wrong: it doesnt look like it actually involves BBQing, just roasting slowly in the pan. Thats fine, I just want to make sure I read the instructions correctly.

    It's more of a dry rub/slow cook. Another Blueprinter taught me the method (she knows who she is)
    the flavor is definitely BBQ!
