Metrics on Fit Day ?? help!!
Using FitDay, I've been adding Custom foods to help simplify for those items I eat a lot (like coconut oil & coco butter) And I just noticed I CANNOT for the life of me get the measure right for the Greek Yoghurt!
1 serving is one small container. I put it's numbers in, note it as 1 serving. When I do my daily planner, and enter that I ate .25 of one serving, the numbers came up as if I ate the whole small container!
I've tried various things but does anyone know the quick-n-dirty work around? Something isn't registering here....

I just found FitDay to be a royal PITA. I gave up on it and used SparkPeople when I was counting and it worked really well.
thanks paleobird - I'll look into that. It has been a bit frustrating, has me wondering about my "numbers" for the last 3 months....eghads! =)
Have you tried paleotrack.com? I don't use any of the other trackers anymore.
