I have been following PB eating for the last two weeks. I am not in a hurry to lose a lot of weight, but rather I want to lose body fat and gain lean muscle mass and strength. In other words I just want to be in a lot better shape.

As suggested in the book, I am using FitDay to track every single thing I eat and drink.

For the last two weeks my daily averages are Calories 1311g, Protein 109g, Carbs 57g, Fat 90.

All of my fat seems to be coming from bacon, eggs, butter and just the foods I eat. I am probably following PB 90/10 over this two week period. Little things for the 10%, like coconut sugar for my coffee, Almond butter on my apple slice snacks, and 100% organic milk (6oz) for my pure whey protein shake. I have replaced my nightly snack of sweets and coffee with walnuts, almonds and small square of 72% chocolate.

I am just concerned that I am taking on too many fat grams on a daily basis. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
