Hi,
I have only started reading The Primal Blueprint and now there the 21 Day Body Transformation.
Should I stick with the Blueprint & read up & start it that way or should I postpone that & get 21 Day Body Transformation?
Thanks for any suggestions

Once I decide to go primal, I just started and figured things out on the go. This worked for me but I think I'm still lacking on some things even though I read the PB book. So I ordered the 21 day transformation and I will follow that for 21 days just to see what new facets of primal living open themselves up to me.

kw: it really depends on what kind of person you are. Do you want/need to know the WHY of how this works, or are you more the "just tell me what to do, what exactly to eat" type?
If the former = The Primal Blueprint
If the latter = 21-Day Transformation
(Or you could get both, like some of us.)

I've been Primal since the beginning of the year but I ordered it to help get Mark on the NY Times Bestseller list. I may keep it or gift it, will let you know once I've got it in my hands.
I've had The Primal Blueprint for over a year now, and I still ordered 21-Day Transformation because I think they will make great companion books to each other. Not having seen 21-Day yet, I'd suggest TigerLily's advice.
