I love pecan pie. I am too lazy to make a pie so I just put a pecan inside of a large date and it tastes pretty damn close. They are even better rolled in coconut flakes before adding the pecan.

We are all cooler by association because you have joined the forum, Finn. I thought Pecan Pie was lost to me forever. Can't wait to make one of these.

i hate pecan pie with a passion (karo syrup is a foul concoction), but that looks pretty good even to me. I love pecans.
