I just got back from Germany and have been eating a lot of schnitzel. My favorite schnitzel is just pan fried (without bread crumbs) with mushroom gravy. Does anyone have any idea how I can make the gravy primal? I have arrowroot and beef broth but figure I need some sort of meat drippings for the gravy. The pork I will be using will not yield too much in the meat drippings arena so I don't know what to do. Thanks for any suggestions.
If you have any chicken stock in your freezer, this will work well with pork.
Ok. I will try this with the mushrooms and onions. I do also have some homemade chicken stock.
