    All these frustrations are either things we can't control, or things we are motivated to do because we know it's good for us.

    I vote this thread be renamed "things we notice now that we are smarter."

    I'm sitting at work, and what I really want to do is go run! My energy is thourgh the roof and I'm only 4.5 weeks in!

    I hate that! And then when I get home I've spent so much energy making myself sit still that I'm exhausted!

    i always take a walk during the work day. it really helps!

    I have to wear that cute Halloween sweatshirt my mom gave me two years ago...because now it actually fits over my butt! (We're heading over to the Dear Parent's house for the day-before-the-holiday 'party' this afternoon)
    Started 7/5/11 at 274 lbs
    Now 214 -- that's 60 lbs!
    Goal 160 lbs -- last time there was in junior high!

    I'm making a grocery list. Only puting down the things I'll be likely to forget. None of it is food. Getting primal food is an adventure!
