That's where the seasoning comes in... if the pot is well seasoned, then cleaned immediately and seasoned again, I've never had a problem!
We just bought a nicely smooth-bottomed 10" skillet a couple of months ago. Adding to the collection... like we need any more! The main frustration is that we've run out of room in the oven to store them, don't have room in the cupboards, and we rent our place -- so we can't hang up a substantial enough pot rack to hang them on. Every time we actually want to use the oven, it looks like a foundry exploded all over the kitchen counters!Originally Posted by Kate Ruckman

As far as 'mature' women needing less iron...until I know for sure that it's causing any problems, I'll stick (or not -- lol) with my heavy metal.

real frustration: in the mix since 3/20. it's not working.
high fat, lower fat, higher carb, lower carb, track every morsel, track nothing,
12-1400 cal, 18-2000...movement almost every day, heavy things, bodyweight,
moderate cardio, HIIT...wtf?
guess i'll try the no dairy route. it's only 7 oz of 2% plain greek yogurt or 4% cottage cheese
a few times a week.
i've not got much to lose. maybe, what i perceive to be 10 lbs and the fat% that goes along with.
i'm two weeks shy of my 50th birthday. i wanted a magnificent body present to wake up to.
this is me venting. frustrated and momentarily saddened. guess i'll go motorcycle riding.
Mixing it up constantly for only a month hasn't given your body any chance to adjust! Stick with the basics, chill out, and enjoy the lifestyle. If you only have 10 to lose, it's going to take longer. I had to ditch my weight goals- not because PB stopped working, but because weight is a terrible way to measure health. In the past month I haven't lost a pound, but I've lost over 5% body fat. The body changes are coming from the inside out. You've had 50 years to make it what it is. Give it more than a month to be marvelous!

I'm afraid today's "frustration" is one that you have all read before countless times... I bought new shorts a few weeks ago, and they were a little tight. I put them on today, and now they're loose.
And I've had to finally retire my favorite jeans. I have new ones, but they're new. You know, they're not all soft and comfortable yet.
