    A bit OT

A bit off topic (and way too much rice) but I thought these lunches were cool.

#11 is not a smiling rabbit, it's Totoro! Also I don't know if it's just because I'm full or the excessive quantities of rice, but none of those looked appetizing to me. I guess i want my food to look like food, not cartoon characters.

I love bentos! But I realized that I can no longer make them on Primal because to make things really cute and shapely, you need rice...not like you can make some cutie thing with meat and scant amounts of raw vegetables XD

No reason you couldn't use "riced" cauliflower.

cute food, this goes with the whole context thing i was talking about in the thread about tracksuit wearing churchgoers, cute food is just delicious to bite into.

someone took the time to make this video game character that's in front of me, and you can bet your last american dollar i will enjoy this food more than if it sat in a messy lump on a plastic plate.

Yeah but that falls apart too easily, especially if you're trying to shape it into things like panda heads Maybe I could use egg as a binder, but then it'll have a yellow tinge. Hmmmmm...

I'd use large, not scant amount of veg. Makes all the difference!
