I have the makings for this, but I think my boyfriend will complain about having a heart attack if I make it (and I just KNOW it'll come out too dry).
My concerns
-how cooked will the bacon be? You don't cook it beforehand, right?
-Should you flip it so the under-side bacon gets cooked thoroughly too?
-And because I'm a veggie-newb, what kind of veggies would you pair with this?
Good lord that looks good.
People too weak to follow their own dreams will always try to discourage others.
First... I thought I was the only one who weaved my bacon to fit the most I can on a burger...
Second... sweet mother of all things yummy... This is being made this week(end)
Mother of god.
You could probably do it the way epic meal time would, by cooking the meat first, wraping a bacon weave around the damned thing, and finishing it off that way.
Then stuff it in a turkey.
Garnish it with baconators.
Edit: I might lose the cheese cause I'm eating paleo with primal lifestyle, This is still a completely acceptable way to make any man fall in love.
Who says money can't buy happiness? I bought a bacon weave.
